Security Tips ---------------- Password security ----------- 1. Use long passwords (~15 Characters min.) 2. Randomize your password when you create it. And use uppercase, lowercase, and symbols. Ex. gFuKjM]rFxDPXgD 3. Change passwords aften (~1 a month min.). File security ----------------- 1. Keep sinsitive files encrypted (do not trust the login password to protect all your files). 2. Shred your sinsitive files and any unused data segments (files can be restored, even after they have been deleted). Net security ----------------- 1. If you are using a Wireless Network make sure it is encrypted. 2. If someone sends you an encrypted message, always reply with an encrypted message. Key security ------------------ 1. Don't save your keys on your pc. 2. Save copies of your keys to removable storage. 3. Keep these copies on your person. 4.
