Backup QuickBooks Data
-----------------------
1. Open the company that you want to backup.
2. Goto File->Backup
3. In the "Back Up Current Company" Change the location to...
  C:\Backup

4. Change the Filename: (Optional)
5. Click ok.
6. Exit QuickBooks.
7. Open My Computer->Local Disk(C:)->Backup.
8. Place Blank CD in RW Drive.
9. Right Click on QuickBooks file and then,
  SendTo->CD-Rom. (Or your burning software)
10. Click on Burn.
11. Click Done.
12. Then Exit.


Restore QuickBooks Data
-----------------------
1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Click on File->Restore.
3. In the Get Company Backup From...
   Select Browse->My Computer->Location 
   of the Backup.
4. Select the Company
5. Click Restore.
