Mozilla Firefox
-------------------
1. Use Mozilla Firefox to surf the internet 
 instead of Internet Explorer.
2. Because of the security holes in Internet 
 Explorer use it only when you have to.


Ad-Aware
------------
1. Open Ad-Aware SE Personal
2. When it asks for update download them.
3. Install the updates.
4. Click on Start->Next.
5. When it finishes scanning, check the items you wish to remove.
6. Then click Next.


Spybot - Search and Destroy
------------
1. Open Spybot - Search & Destroy
2. Click on Search for updates.
3. Download and install any updates.
4. Click on Search & Destroy.
5. Click on Check for problems.
6. After it finishes scanning click on Fix selected problems.
7. Click yes to remove them.
8. Exit 

Microsoft Defender
--------------------------
1. Open Microsoft Defender.
2. Click on Scan.
3. Follow the directions to remove any unwanted files.


AVG Free Edition for Windows
---------------------------
1. Open AVG Free Edition for Windows.
2. Click on Check for Updates.
3. Install any updates.
4. Click on Scan Computer.
5. If it finds any infected files, follow the questions to remove.


Drive Clean Up
--------------------------
1. Click on Start->All Programs->Accessories->
   System Tools->Disk Clean Up.
2. Select the drive you wish to cleanup, then click ok.
3. Check the items you wish to do, then click ok.


Disk Defragmenter
--------------------------
1. Click on Start->All Programs->Accessories->
   System Tools->Disk Defragmenter.
2. Select the drive you wish to Defrag, then click Defragment.
